Well hello there, I'm Shannon! I've been a NASM certified personal trainer for 13 years, have practiced with my nutrition coach certification, I'm an educator, a momma to three fur babies living in Minnesota near beautiful Lake Superior, running enthusiast, and an aspiring gardener.
I strategize with busy working females that struggle to find time and energy for exercise, and create a realistic approach towards a healthier lifestyle which includes
exercise, nutrition, and rest.
My mission is to challenge and educate each client to their full potential with progressive training sessions that include positive energy and variety.
I strive for everyone to reach their goals through enhancing nutrition knowledge and increasing body efficiency through proper, safe exercise movement.

My core feels stronger, my shoulders and upper body feel stronger. I appreciate how Shannon works the core with various movements, not relying on just sit-ups. Her cues helped me make sure I was feeling the exercise where I should be feeling it, and it helped bring my mind back to the present - rather than on my to-do list.
