I've been a NASM certified personal trainer for 14 years working with women 40 and over, I'm a certified nutrition coach, an educator, a momma to three fur babies living in Minnesota near beautiful Lake Superior, running enthusiast, craft beer lover, and an aspiring indoor gardener.
One dynamic that will always be held tried and true, is that no one individual is the same. We all have a story & we all face various obstacles. Our family, genetics, work & personal life, our goals, physical activity level, & exercise knowledge are all different.
My mission is to provide you with strategies, education & support that work for you. I create individualized fitness & nutrition roadmaps for women 40+ to gain muscle strength & emotional energy to thrive in the areas of life that mean the most.
My core feels stronger, my shoulders and upper body feel stronger. Her cues helped me make sure I was feeling the exercise where I should be feeling it. She's a real person who knows we are real people, who like a little wine now and then! And it's okay!

After a month of following a plan, I am seeing food and my body differently. I have been focused on my weight and desiring weight loss most of my life. Now I am attempting to focus on eating whole, natural foods including some carbs (gasp!). I am eating and enjoying more fruits and water. I plan to continue on this path along with my strength training and other exercises that have been set up for me!
