      • Age, S.M.A.R.T. goals, age, profession, family status, current physical activity level, current/past injuries, medications, hobbies, exercise equipment readily available at home, nutrition knowledge/status
    • Up to 30 minutes; assessments 
      • List of paperwork to complete by first day of training
      • Weigh-in and measurements 


  • Day 1 of training

    • Exercise session
    • Remind/review of goals


  • 30 days after first session
  • Nutrition consultation

I have teamed up with Gina, a previous college athlete that respectfully holds a degree in exercise science and community health, to enhance your middle or high school athlete. Our fun and challenging training program travels to Duluth and Hermantown schools, and is designed with quality techniques to increase awareness, knowledge, and disciplines to reach their full potential. 


Summer 2022

4:00 - 5:30pm 

Cost: $60.00 per location


Hermantown: August 1st - 4th

Duluth: August 8th - 11th
